Leonardo Rubattu, 43, is General Manager of Italy's Iccrea Banca SpA, a position he has held since March 16, 2011. Mr Rubattu joined Iccrea Holding in September 2008 as Deputy General Manager, in the Markets department, a strategic business unit focused on the development of products and services for Banca di Credito Cooperativo and Cassa Rurale, and their clients. Prior to that, he held management positions in, among others, Societe Generale and Morgan Stanley, acquiring specific skills in strategies, business models, evaluation, strategic marketing and financial communication. Mr Rubattu earned a degree in Business Economics from the University La Bocconi in Milan and a post-graduate degree at the School Of Financial Analysts in Paris.
