Vincent Yip
Associate Principal, McKinsey & Company
Vincent Yip is an Associate Principal in McKinsey & Company's Hong Kong office. He has been with McKinsey for nine years. He is a co-leader of McKinsey's City Service Line in Asia. He is leading the firm's research on how to support cities in urban development and redevelopment projects on topics such as sustainability and funding allocation. Mr Yip also has extensive experience serving clients on large-scale development projects including assisting a leisure entertainment company in Hong Kong to develop a tourist destination concept in Hong Kong; working with a consortium to develop the master plan for a large scale cultural district in Asia; supporting a leading gaming company to develop its concept design for a large scale multi-use development in Macau; assisting a developer in Shanghai on a multi-use complex development project; and working with a city government in China to develop the master plan for a special economic zone. Mr Yip received his M.Eng. in engineering and computer science from Keble College, Oxford University.
