Vladyslav Kaskiv
Member of the Parliamentary Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, Parliament of Ukraine

 Vladyslav Kaskiv studied history at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. From 2004-2006, he continued his education at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. In 2007 Vladyslav graduated from the National Academy under the President of Ukraine, where he studied senior management.

From 2000-2001he was a co-founder and a member of the Board of "Ukraine - Development via Internet" Association, Freelance Advisorto the Minister of Economy of Ukraine and a member of the World Bank Contact Group.
 
Until 2004, he was a coordinator of the Freedom of Choice Coalition of NGOs of Ukraine (256 organizations) and the Head of the Coordination Centre of Pora civic organization and its representative - a member of the working group of Sila Narodu Coalition [People's Power Coalition], which supported the Viktor Yushenko protests following the disputed 2004 presidential election (Orange Revolution).
 
From April 2005-December 2005, Vladyslav Kaskiv was an Advisor to the President of Ukraine and until October 2006 he was the Head of the Political Council of the Pora Civil Party.
 
In November 2005, he became amember of the Supervisory Board of the International Centre of Perspective Research. From December 2005 to March 2006 he was the Head of Political Council of PRP Pora Bloc and freelanced as an Advisor to the President of Ukraine until September 2006.
 
From October 2006 to March 2007, he was the First Deputy of the Head of the Political Council of Pora Civil Party. From March to September 2007, he headed the NGO Institute for Political Development. Since November 2007, he has been a member of the Parliament of Ukraine of the 6th Convocation, the Head of the Parliamentary Subcommittee on State Construction and amember of the Panel of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine.
 
His present position is as an advisor to the Prime-Minister of Ukraine on Foreign Investment and he is also a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship.
      
The gold medal of the Government of the Slovak Republic was awarded to Vladyslav for international contribution in the development of democracy. Mr. Kaskiv was also honored with a CommemorativeBadge for the "Prominent Participant of the Orange Revolution" an Activist Award, presented by the Gleitsman Foundation, USA.
