Nataliya Izosimova
Managing Director, Foundation for Effective Governance

Nataliya Izosimova is Managing Director of the Foundation for Effective Governance. Since June 2007, she has headed the Foundation for Effective Governance, which was established in 2007 by Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov to develop and realize projects and programs focused on the long-term development of the Ukraine economy.

From January 2005 to May 2007, Izosimova served as Personnel Director at System Capital Management (SCM),leading financial and industrial groups operating in four core business areas: metals and mining, energy, banking and insurance, and telecommunications, real estate and media. In July 2005, she worked as SCMs Corporate Restructuring Director.
 
From 1994 to 2004, Izosimova worked in McKinsey & Company's Moscow Head Office as Professional Development Director for Eastern Europe.

Prior to that, she held the position of Senior Editor at Foreign Literature magazine, and worked as International Forum Coordinator at the UNESCO Commission on Culture in Moscow.

Izosimova has a Masters Degree from Moscow State Pedagogic University, majoring in English and American literature.
