Michael Antieri
President, Advanced Enterprise Mobility Solutions, AT&T

Michael Antieri, President, Advanced Enterprise Mobility Solutions, is responsible for leading a cross-functional business unit with responsibility for strategy, development, sales and deployment of mobile applications and solutions for all business and government customers. He was appointed to his current position in May 2010.

Formerly, Mr Antieri served as SVP, Application Solutions, responsible for leading the global overlay distribution channel supporting all application solutions including network based and mobile applications and consulting and network integration services. Previously, he served as SVP, Consumer Marketing, where he was responsible for wireline consumer strategy and product management, and before that he served as Group Executive, Product Management for AT&T Corp., where he was responsible for driving world-class capability development and service realisation for AT&T's business product portfolio. In addition, he served as regional VP Sales for AT&T's Signature Client Group. In that capacity he led a worldwide team of sales and information technology professionals that addressed the full range of data and voice networking needs for AT&T's largest multinational customers.

Mr Antieri began his AT&T career in 1978 as an Account Executive in sales. Over the ensuing years he has held positions in a variety of organisations, including operations, engineering, personnel, sales, marketing and strategic planning.  In addition, he also spent two years in Toronto, Canada serving as COO Unitel Communications, an AT&T minority owned subsidiary (now Allstream), which serves the Canadian telecommunications market.

In 1991, AT&T selected Mr Antieri for the Sloan Fellowship Program. As a Sloan Fellow, he attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and earned a Scientiae Major (Master of Science) in Management Science. He holds a BSc degree in Systems Planning from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey and a MSc degree in Telecommunications Management from Polytechnic University in New York.
