Conference Overview
Changes in consumer demand and stiff competition are dramatically altering the telecoms landscape.

Consumers are demanding more for less, and putting more consideration into purchases. Non-traditional players from the technology and media sectors are competing to own the client by delivering alternative services. And rapidly expanding global players with innovative business models are chipping away at market share, resulting in a shift in the global balance of power.

Market pressures and rivalry abound but so, too, do opportunities for driving revenue growth.  Discussions over the 2 days will focus on:
    • What are the key trends set to shape the outlook for 2010 and beyond?
    • Will the global economic downturn provide opportunities to acquire market assets, and if so which markets offer the most potential?
    • How is competition affecting the shape and economics of the industry and what does this mean for all players?
    • What are the opportunities for partnerships and synergies in this changing landscape?
    • Which innovations can enhance and differentiate service offerings and retain ownership of the client?
    • Developing a retail mindset: how can telcos connect more effectively with their customers?
    • Which innovative sustainability offerings will be most meaningful to customers?
    • How can operators change their game to capitalise on the massive rise of mobile data demand?
    • And, crucially, how can companies ensure investments in new business models yield sustainable cash flows?
