Awards Dinner Tables
Tables are for 10 guests only. Bookings of fewer than 10 tickets may be accommodated on shared tables. A booking of 10 tickets will be accommodated on an individual table. Tables will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis; ie, the earlier you book the closer to the stage you will be. To book please click here. If any guests have special seating requests (eg please seat me with x company), the booker should input this information into the guest record by using their username and password to log onto the event website and selecting 'Modify Registraion'.

Conference Ticket only £250 + VAT
Awards Dinner Ticket only £350 + VAT
Conference & Awards Dinner Individual Ticket £450 + VAT
Dinner Table (10 guests) £3,000 + VAT
Conference & Awards Dinner (10 guests) £4,500 + VAT

Dress Code
The dress code for both the Conference and Awards Dinner is business suit.

Tickets - Conference
Hard copy tickets will not be issued. FT Conferences will email each conference delegate before the event with joining information.

Tickets - Awards Dinner
Hard copy tickets will not be issued. FT Conferences will email ticket bookers before the event with joining information. It will be the ticket booker's responsibility to distribute this information to their awards dinner guests. Where we have been supplied with guest email addresses we will email them too.

Awards Guest Names / Dietary Requirements
Bookers should input their guest details, including any special dietary requirements, by using their username and password to log onto the event website and selecting 'Modify Registraion'. Bookers of tables of 10 only, if they wish, may also specify their preferred guest seating plan on the event website. The deadline for inputting guest details/dietary requirements/specifying seating plans online is Thursday 27 May. After this date, guest details should be sent direct to mike.lundby@ft.com

Note:
1. For security reasons it is imperative that we have your guest names in advance to ensure your guests' admittance.
2. We regret that we are unable to guarantee special catering requirements after this date.

Photographs (Conference and Awards)
Photographs will be available to view and download from our website post-event. Photographs from previous years' events are available to view and download here.

Speaker Audio Downloads (Conference)
These will be available to download from the event website post-event; access details will be available at the conference and will be emailed to delegates post-event. Note that these will only be available for speakers from whom we have received permission to publish.

The video of the awards dinner and conference will be available to view on our event website post-event; access details will be available at the conference and will be emailed to delegates post-event. Note that this will only be available for speakers from whom we have received permission to publish.
