OSMAR FERNANDES DIAS is the Vice President responsible for both agribusiness and small business customers at Banco do Brasil. He graduated in Agronomy at the Luiz Meneghel Agricultural College in Paraná. He is both a former Brazilian Senator and a working farmer. Mr. Dias has served the state of Paraná as Secretary of State for Agriculture and has also held office as Professor and Director of the Luiz Meneghel College Foundation and Technical Director of the Experimental Farm of the Agro-industrial Co-operative of Paraná State.
