Visa/Hotel Information

Delegates will be met by Al Maha Services on arrival at Doha International Airport and a visa will be arranged for citizens of the following countries:

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA and The Vatican.

Delegates from countries NOT eligible for a "Visa on Arrival" must apply for a visa in advance and may do so through the Ritz-Carlton Hotel's Visa Application Form. Please note that a minimum of 5 working days is required to process this type of visa.

Airport transfers will be arranged for delegates from Doha International Airport to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and return.
