Charles Paradis
Managing Director and Head of Concession Division, Bouygues Construction
Charles Paradis leads the Bouygues Construction Concessions Department, supervising 12 French and international concession projects located in Europe, Africa, Korea, Jamaica and the US. Mr Paradis joined the company in 1988 and has since managed the development of a number of infrastructure concession projects, including the Lyon Tunnel By-Pass in France where he acted as Technical Project Manager and the Bina Istra Concession in Croatia where he was appointed as General Manager of the Company during the years from 1997-99. Currently, among other things, he is leading the development of a third bridge in Abidjan (Ivory Coast), which will involve MIGA. He holds diplomas from the École Polytechnique (X) and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris (ENPC), as well as a diploma from the MIT/MS in Boston.
