Chantal Gaemperle is Group Executive Vice President Human Resources and Synergies of LVMH, member of the Executive Committee. She has a wide experience in worldwide leading companies, of various sectors and cultures where she exercised leadership in change management, and talent attraction and development.
Her experience includes Philip Morris, Merrill Lynch International and Nestlé, where she supported the shift in the company culture, from hierarchy to network. In this context, she conceived and implemented a worldwide leadership initiative for top executives, and put in place a talent assessment and succession planning programme that she successfully animated.
Ms Gaemperle is a graduate of the Insead. She obtained an MBA in Public Administration and a Master in Political & Social Sciences from the University of Lausanne.
