Prior to joining the Firm, he was Executive Vice Chairman of a publicly traded medium-sized fashion and luxury Italian conglomerate (900 Mio $ sales), for three years. He restructured and refinanced this business. Prior to that, Mr Solca was a partner of the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on retail and consumer goods. In his 12 years in consulting, he has served clients across most European markets. Mr Solca has also worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton. He holds a magna cum laude degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Padua and a magna cum laude MBA from the Universita' Bocconi in Milan.
