All delegates are invited to meet one another the evening before the two-day Summit. This year's reception will be held outdoors in the Crystal Garden of the Beverly Hills Hotel.

BUSINESS OF LUXURY SUMMIT

Time: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

Dress Code: Business Attire

Continental Breakfast will be served at 8:30 am and a sit-down Luncheon will be served at 1:10 pm.

GALA RECEPTION AND DINNER

Time:  7:00 - 10:00 pm

Place:  Paramount Studios
            5555 Melrose Avenue
            Hollywood

Dress Code: Black Tie

Transportation will be provided from the Beverly Hills Hotel to Paramount Studios. Please gather at the front of the Beverly Hills Hotel at 6:30 pm. For those taking taxis or driving, please enter at Bronson Gate (off Melrose Avenue at Bronson). Parking is free. 

The Gala Reception and Dinner will be held outdoors. The Gala Reception will be held in Valentino Park at Paramount Studios and will be followed by a four-course course Gala Dinner in front of Bronson's Gate with a view of the iconic Hollywood sign. The evening will be hosted by John Ridding, CEO, Financial Times.

Transportation will be provided after the Gala Dinner. Guests may choose to go to either to the Beverly Hills Hotel or to Chateau Marmont for the After Party. Buses will leave Paramount Studios beginning at 10:15 pm.
