Graeme Hobbs

Graeme Hobbs is the Country Manager for Motorola UK and Chairman of Motorola Ltd. In addition, he is a Senior Director within EMEA for Business Operations for Motorolas Government & Public Safety business, a role which he began in 2006.
Graeme joined Motorola in 1994 and has held a number of leadership positions for the company throughout his career, with roles in product management, sales, project management and operations. His current role focuses on driving quarterly business results via his business planning responsibilities and includes sponsoring major projects in the region.
Prior to his current role, Graeme was responsible for sharing best practice for major project execution across the region, including Motorolas system deployment from 2001 with Airwave in the UK - having lead Motorolas initiative with Dolphin on Public Access Mobile Radio (PMR) in Europe.
Before joining Motorola, he was Managing Director of Ascom Radiocom Ltd, a mobile communication systems company for UK public utilities and emergency services, having been a Divisional Manager at Marconi Communications Systems Ltd.
