Niall is a highly experienced consultant, facilitator and business coach specialising in in Customer Value Innovation, Marketing Excellence and Strategy & Leadership. StratX is an international consultancy supporting its clients in driving sustainable and profitable growth by developing and implementing customised learning solutions.
During the last 15 years, Niall has advised clients on cultural change initiatives and has led leadership development programmes for companies such as Bacardi, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Careerbuilder.com, Ericsson, General Electric, GlaxoSmithKline, Virgin Media, Oracle, Rolls-Royce and Schneider-Electric as well as for two leading management consulting firms. He has been engaged in client projects in more than 40 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa.
At StratX, Nialls responsibilities have included managing and developing the business in the UK and Europe, leading client projects and managing key client relationships. He is also a member of the StratX Group Board of Directors.
Nialls early business experience was primarily in the IT industry, working for Xerox and later for Honeywell Bull in a variety of marketing management positions.
