Victor has been working in telecommunications since 1995, with a vast experience of managing positions in both Russian and international companies.
Following his tenure as CEO of Saint-Petersburg Cable Television, the second largest Cable TV operator in Russia (NCN Group of Companies), Victor co-founded National Cable Networks, taking over as CEO in 2007.
This year he took the position of National Telecommunications and National Cable Networks CEO Adviser.
In addition to his business roles, Victor is also Associate Professor at the Peoples Friendship University of Russia.
