Series overview

The Financial Times and Hogan Lovells present a series of exclusive events in key centres around the world to launch the findings into current confidence in M&A

As the M&A market re-awakens, changing government regulations, uncertainty over valuations and difficulty in funding remain potentially hazardous barriers to deal activity.  Each event will have an expert panel to explore the hurdles in the current M&A landscape and the opportunities that exist for buyers, sellers and advisors.

M&A evolution report

Themes from the Financial Times/Hogan Lovells study will be explored and panellists will be encouraged to add their views on these topics, comment on trends and include forecasts of their own.

  • What types of deals are likely to be completed, in terms of geography, sector and size?
  • What are panellists' opinions of regulations that impact deal activity?
  • How have the options for funding and growth changed post-crisis?
