Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ

 
Attendance at the Conference is free, however cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the Conference will be subject to a small administration fee of £100 to cover the cost of the delegate place, for which you will be invoiced. Non-attendance on the day of the Conference without notice will also incur the same administration fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing (by letter, email or fax); however substitutions will be accepted at any time.
