Based in New York, Sarah Murray is a longtime Financial Timescontributor, and specialist writer on environmental sustainability andthe impact of business on society. From 1990 to 2000, she worked atthe FT's London headquarters.
Murray is also author of "Moveable Feasts: From Ancient Rome to the21st Century, the Incredible Journeys of the Food We Eat" (AurumPress, UK, 2007 and St Martin's Press, US, 2007 and Picador, US,2008), which examines the global trips made by food and the shifts ineconomics, politics and society those journeys have triggered (www.moveablefeasts.org).
