Paul Fletcher
Managing Partner, Deloitte & Touche, LLP

Paul Fletcher is the managing partner of Deloitte's Vancouver Office and a member of Deloitte Canada's Leadership.

Paul has over 20 years' experience serving clients in public practice. He advises clients focused in manufacturing, technology, and consumer business with an emphasis on high growth companies. Most recently, Paul's client experience has focused on growing industries in China and Central Europe. A co-leader and member of Deloitte's China Services Group, Paul has experience with outbound China State Owned Enterprises and inbound investment into Canada and North America.

Paul has extensive experience assisting clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and public financings, technology licensing, Canadian and US/SEC securities filings and negotiating with the security regulators over financial reporting issues, revenue recognition, restructuring charges, and business combinations. Having experience with over 30 initial public and secondary offerings in three continents, Paul serves the global interests of his clients.   Paul lectures for the Institute of Chartered Accountants and as a lecturer for the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

He is a member the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and the Fraser Institute and a Cabinet Member the United Way of Vancouver and the MS Society of Canada. He is a Deloitte Life Sciences North American Industry Leader.
