• Any cancellation 7 days or less before arrival will be liable to full stay charges and will be charged to the guest credit card.

• Should you require any transportation from Doha airport, please indicate your preference on the booking form.

For visa information, please contact the Reservations Office at the Four Seasons Hotel (details above) who will be able to advise you and organise your visa if required.

If you require a visa, the Reservations Office can arrange this for you; please complete and submit the attached booking form. Kindly note that they need at least 5 working days' notice.

The following countries need not complete this form and may obtain their visas at the airport -
Canada, United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland,, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, The Vatican, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and South Korea.  

G.C.C. citizens and residents may obtain a visa to enter The State of Qatar at the airport as well, this is also at the discretion of Government Officials.
