Entertainment Capital Advisors (ECA) is an advisory firm providing financial and strategic advice to companies and individuals in the media and entertainment sector. It was founded in 2009 by Premila Hoon and Mark Brooke. Premila Hoon was previously Global Head of Media & Entertainment Structured Finance at Société Générale. Mark Brooke is a co-founder of Aramid Capital, for which he raised US$350m over two years. ECA works with clients to provide advice on corporate and transaction structures and to assist with their capital raising requirements in the form of senior debt, mezzanine debt or equity. The principals of ECA have backgrounds in both finance and law in addition to a wealth of experience in the entertainment sector. The firm has a number of small and mid cap clients internationally who have significant growth potential, strong underlying business models and are seeking specialist expertise and financing for their next stage of growth.
