Daniel Liew is the Asia Managing Partner of SJ Berwin LLP. His area of practice comprises mergers and acquisitions, private equity, infrastructure funds, strategic alliances, and joint ventures in China, Hong Kong and other parts of East Asia. He has also advised clients in project finance and equity capital markets transactions. The projects and transactions that he has advised on are primarily in the infrastructure, water, power, telecommunications, energy, natural resources and steel industries. His clients include multinational corporations, Asian companies, infrastructure investors and banks. Mr Liew is recognised as a Leading Lawyer by Asia Pacific Legal 500 and a Leading Expert by International Financial Law Review's Guide to the World's Leading Financial Law Firms. He has been named among the World's Leading Energy and Natural Resources Lawyers and the World's Leading Project Finance Lawyers by International Financial Law Review and Euromoney.
