Lynn Tho is a Director in HSBC's Project Finance team based in Singapore. She has over a decade of experience in advising and financing on infrastructure projects across Europe and Asia. In Singapore, Ms Tho has been actively involved in projects within the infrastructure sector including the Integrated Resorts, the Basic Wing Course, the ITE College Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project and the SportsHub PPP project. Prior to joining HSBC, she was with Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank in Asia, and also worked in the energy and utilities sector in Europe. While in the UK, Ms Tho spent some time working in the UK Government supporting its Private Finance Initiative (PFI) programme.
