Joe Chang
Executive Director, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners
Joe Chang is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP), based in Beijing. Prior to joining MSIP, Mr Chang was responsible for financing and M&A advisory assignments for Chinese and multinational clients in Morgan Stanleys Investment Banking Division in Beijing. He worked with multiple Chinese companies in infrastructure and infrastructure-related sectors, which include natural resources, oil & gas, renewable energy, and transportation. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr Chang was CFO of a China-based IT services company, during which time the company completed three acquisitions of local companies. Mr Chang spent eight years, from 1998 to 2005, with GE Consumer Finance and with Credit Suisse based in Hong Kong, New York and Tokyo. He graduated from Princeton University and received an M.A. in Economics from Kyoto University in Japan.
