Mao Yumin has served as Controller of Investment and Wealth Management Banking at China Construction Bank since September 2007. Previous to that, Mr Mao was Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Ai Jian Corporation from June 2006 to July 2007, Executive Director of Mingly (China) Holdings Ltd from May 2006 to June 2006, and Director of Cathay International Holdings Ltd and Senior Vice President of Hong Kong Cathay International Ltd from March 2003 to May 2006. He worked for the Hong Kong branch of China Construction Bank from August 1992 to March 2003, serving consecutively as Deputy General Manager of the International Business Department, General Manager of the International Business Department, and General Manager of the branch itself. Mr Mao, a senior economist, graduated from Jiangxi College of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor's degree in Infrastructure Finance.
