Tod Arbogast is responsible for managing Dells Sustainability team and programs. In this role, he is responsible for managing the balance of Dells growth strategy with goals to minimize Dells impact on natural and human resources.

 

Elements of Mr. Arbogasts role include managing company relationships with stakeholders that help Dell develop sustainable growth strategies, guiding Dells product recovery and recycling programs, climate change impacts, and managing a model of identifying issues that could affect Dells future growth so that the company can prepare to meet these challenges. Mr. Arbogast is responsible for reporting on Dells progress in these areas, and challenges the company faces in the future, to senior management including Dells CEO.

Prior to joining Dell in 2000, Mr. Arbogast was senior director and part of the founding team of eMachines Inc., a desktop and notebook PC vendor, where he managed the warranty and non-warranty support components of the companys service delivery division.

 

Mr. Arbogast earned a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
