David Stangis

Dave is responsible for designing Campbell's overarching CSR strategies, including its strategy for promoting environmental sustainability, and for driving their successful execution. He works with the businesses and functions to develop, coordinate and advance Campbell's CSR objectives, policies and programs.
Dave has worked in the fields of environmental health and safety and CSR for more than 20 years. For the past eight years, he has been Global Director-Corporate Responsibility at Intel Corporation. During Dave's tenure, Intel achieved the first-place position in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for seven consecutive years, and was recognized by CRO Magazine as the No. 1 Corporate Citizen in the Russell 1000 companies. He served on Intel's Ethics and Compliance Oversight Committee and facilitated the company's CSR Management Review Committee and Executive CSR Council.
Dave earned his B.S. degree from the University of Detroit, his M.S. degree in occupational and environmental health from Wayne State University, and his M.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan.
Ethisphere Magazine recently named Dave one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics. He also serves on the International Advisory Boards of The Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship and Ethical Corporation Magazine.
